**The role**

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish. You will use LEAP precedents. You will also be responsible for doing first and final letters, on line searches, dealing with clients, brokers and other solicitors, doing settlement figures, organising settlement and general administration / file management duties. Some administration assistance is provided. This position is either part time or full time.

**You**

You will have a minimum of 3 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

**The firm / Salary**

Progressive Law firm based at Tewantin. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Super).
