With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a **Full Time Store Consultant** role now on offer at our **Rowville **centre**.**

**This role will be a floating role, where you will get to work at a myriad of our centres.**

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role itself, includes customer service, admin and operational task. **Located in the Eastern Suburbs of Victoria, this position offers the flexibility to work across a range of locations within this region.**

**Your daily responsibilities include**:

- Delivering the ultimate customer experience by supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
- Having a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance.
- Assisting & servicing the commercial customer base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis.
- Assist in ensuring the Centre achieves its budgeted KPI goals.
- Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities.
- Maximize sales conversion opportunities via various ports of communication.
- Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Complete arrears management steps to ensure accounts are kept up to update and offer solutions where feasible.
- Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Driven by results & an eagerness to take ownership over your work.
- Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable)
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- ** Driver’s license and car (required)**:

This role would report to a Storage Manager, and you would be part of a team of Store Consultants. It also allows for career progression & growth, as the business expands.

**Salary for this role is $60,000 inclusive of Superannuation.**
