**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Reporting into the State Service Manager, you will be an experienced HVAC Service Technician with BMS Controls or HVAC experience.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will be responsible for and take charge of all servicing and commissioning all BMS systems in NSW:

- **Carry out commissioning, upgrade and service work in designated region**:

- **Work with the Controls Engineers and the Manager to ensure timely project outcomes**:

- **Regular interaction with State Service Manager, to monitor and review strategies, review operational needs, problems and opportunities**:

- **Compile Field service Quotes for repairs as required**:

- **Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service contacts**:

- **Load and commission software, check system operation and connection, and provide instructions in the use of software programs to clients**:

- **Plan and document maintenance and repair activity**:

- **Assist in product enhancement by gathering market intelligence**:

- **Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces**

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- HVAC and BMS Controls experience desirable
- Sound operational understanding of network architectures and principles
- Complete understanding of BEMS engineering tools and their functionality
- Proven competence with installation of controls systems and equipment
- Commissioning, complex diagnosis, modifications and repairs
- Ability to provide complex service estimation and quotations
