We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as **Youth Engagement Advisor within our Transition to Work contract.**

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Youth Engagement Advisor**

As a Youth Engagement Advisor you will be responsible for working closely with community organisations to support disengaged youth and direct registration opportunities. It requires the management of external and internal relationships with community organisations, Youth Services, schools, RTO's and other stakeholders for the purpose of supporting disengaged youth.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Develop and maintain strategic alliances with key stakeholders
- Actively promote ETC and the Transition to Work (TtW) program to secure direct registration opportunities
- Attend networking events to engage, promote and seek referrals for TTW
- Coordinate, complete and monitor direct registration opportunities
- Meet set KPI’s to assist the sites and Region to achieve performance benchmarks

**Criteria for Success**
- Background in a sales-based role or role similar in nature
- Exceptional communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- Ability to meet monthly KPI targets
- A passion for helping others
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
