ICT Specialist & Trainer

We have partnered with a well-known Aged-Care provider, who has their customer's needs as the priority in every decision they make Located just North of the CBD, our clients require an ICT specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This position will support a wider IT team and look at some aspects of training the wider company on how the ICT function works.

This role is permanent, and they would ideally like to pay someone $70k + Superannuation depending on experience. Salary sacrifice is also offered.

This position would suit someone who has been in a Level 1 position that would like to take on other responsibilities outside of actioning tickets. The training element of this position is a large part of the role.
- Providing Level 1/2 IT Service Desk support primarily to Australia-based staff.
- Training the wider business on how the ICT function works. eg. Teaching people how to lodge Tickets in the correct manner.
- Ensuring all tickets are actioned in a timely manner
- Communicating to users
- On/offboarding staff
- Deployment and support of hardware
- Asset management

**To be considered for this role**:

- Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field
- Level 1 experience. Level 2 experience is desirable.
- Experience in multiple areas of IT supports, including system and network administration, help desk services, technical writing, data governance and security, end-user technical support, project management, and technical training.
