**Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor** some of your _key responsibilities_ will include:

- Leadership, supervision and guidance of personnel, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer
- Service, safety, and meeting KPIs.
- Train and manage team, ensuring internal and external customers’ expectations are met.
- Ensure production deliveries are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring effective stock control management.
- Responsible for all inbound/outbound paperwork.
- Recommend and prepare standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment for the team, including safe operation of all equipment.
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders regarding inventory control and movements, stock counts and product delivery issues.

What **we** are seeking:

- Supervisory skills including delegation of tasks.
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop and manage teams.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Valid Forklift Licence operating in High Reach up to 5 bays high.
- Established computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and 365.
- High level of attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

**Salary**: From $62,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Blacktown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
