**We are currently looking for Full Time Production Team Members to work on day, afternoon or night shift.**

**Production Team Members will be responsible for**:

- Performing process operations.
- Operating process equipment.
- Compliance to safety and quality requirements.

**To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate**:

- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop.
- Meticulous with quality with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Enthusiastic, conscientious, and hard working.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15kgs repetitively.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience in process manufacturing environments (high volume).
- Automotive manufacturing environments.
- Composites manufacturing experience.
- Fine assembly work.
