An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rostering Officer to work in our wonderful facility at Bateau Bay. This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

The role is accountable for accurately scheduling our care staff and registered nurses to cover all shifts in our facility. There is also some administration included but is heavily a rostering role.

As the Rostering Officer your duties will be, but not limited to:

- Deliver quality rosters in accordance with Southern Cross Care Enterprise Agreement
- Coordinate cover for all available shifts
- Provide administration support when required
- Communicate with key stakeholders in the business to deliver deadline driven outcomes.
- Proven rostering experience in a similar role - minimum 2 years' experience.
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in an Aged Care/Community Home Care (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a team and also use initiative to work independently.
