The Next Step have partnered with a highly regarded global consultancy firm, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across various industries. With a strong presence worldwide and a team of over 3,700 professionals, they are known for their technical expertise and collaborative approach. They provide engineering, planning, and project management services, and have built a reputation as a trusted partner, by delivering outstanding outcomes.

**The role**

You will take the lead in developing and driving various strategies to enhance engagement levels within the Australian market for an internationally recognised Graduate Program. As a self-motivated individual, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and leverage your project management skills to drive successful outcomes. You will have the opportunity to engage the potential future of talent in the organisation, which they see as crucial to their ongoing success.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assess and understand the existing graduate program by collaborating with internal stakeholders, across Australia and New Zealand and identify opportunities to tailor to the Australian market, to increase levels of engagement with the program.
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as universities, through career fairs and expos, building brand awareness and engagement across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, and South Australia.
- Develop strategies in collaboration with the marketing and talent acquisition teams, to enhance marketing and branding efforts for the graduate program.
- Collaborate with the Indigenous Strategic Advisory Body to create opportunities for Indigenous students.
- Support additional projects around DEI.

**Travel**: There are limited travel requirements, with an estimated four to five interstate trips, for initial meet and greets. The remaining engagement can be conducted online.

**About you**
A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with various teams to ensure project delivery and progress, you will also:

- Be experienced in project management, ideally within graduate recruitment cycles/processes.
- Bring passion for the graduate experience and a lens for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Have a solid understanding of the local Talent Acquisition market.
- A positive attitude and genuine excitement to make the role your own.
