
Rack/workshop Technician

You will play a vital role in every aspect of the build workshop for our large-scale projects, working alongside the Build and Engineering teams. **About the role**
This role will have you working closely with various teams to complete the pre-staging of commercial Audio-Visual solutions into a variety of projects across Queensland. The role will focus on meeting the department needs in the following key areas:
- Build and Cable AV racks, Trolleys, and Lecterns in accordance with the schematics provided.
- Maintain and manage engineering parts and materials to manage the rack build process.
- Conduct audits and quality checks on all builds within the department.
- Ensure that Build Services, Builds Racks and equipment are assembled to the highest best practice standard.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Services Department to resolve/clarify or interpret engineering design and/or product issues.

- A positive demeanor and willingness to help others.
- Extremely well organised, with good time management.
- Have a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Willingness to proactively take on additional responsibilities to achieve a great customer experience.
- Prior experience in Rack building, desirable.
- Knowledge of AV products including AMX, Crestron, Extron, Kramer Etc. desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
