Permanent Human Resources Administrator role available near Hastings

Our client is a Government owned organisation near Hastings, and they are searching for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.
This role is immediately available, and is a newly created position due to company growth and ongoing success.
This role is a part time role, working 3 days per week, and offers a hybrid working scenario.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruitment administration such as advertising, scheduling interviews, support management
- Onboarding and induction coordination for new starters
- Employee offboarding
- HR Admin including employment contracts, probation reports, updating the organisational charts etc
- Overseeing internal systems
- Providing advise to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with policy and procedure writing
- Advise on HR queries
- Project related tasks
- Further tasks as required
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience in a similar Human Resources role previously (Government experience beneficial)
- Tech savvy - MS Teams, Sharepoint, MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, communicate and prioritise
- Understanding of enterprise bargaining, industry awards and the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- Relevant tertiary qualification or studying towards HR-related qualification
- A collaborative, hardworking, friendly work ethic
