**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available for an enthusiastic Pharmacist to lead and mentor our dynamic team of Oncology Pharmacists at our facility in
**Mt**
**Kuring-gai**. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the clinical staff to ensure the efficient running of the pharmacy
- Mentoring of oncology pharmacists
- Providing education, guidance and on-the-job training to employees
- Driving the oncology services as part of the leadership team

This opportunity is based at our remote-service pharmacy, co-located with our state-of-the-art compounding facility based in Mt Kuring-gai site office: 2 Woodland Way, Mount Kuring-gai, NSW check out this location on the outer northern suburbs of Sydney - far away from the inner-city snarl.

**About you**:
As a motivated Registered Pharmacist with minimum 3 years’ oncology and haematology specialty experience, you will have proven time management skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise your workload. You will also have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.

A real passion for mentoring and contributing to the development of a diverse team of Oncology Pharmacists is key to succeed in this role.
