SEEKING A PHARMACY ASSISTANT WITH SHIFT SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Priceline Pharmacy Park Street Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. Our pharmacy has a strong focus on beauty and skincare, and we are looking for someone with an interest in these topics to join us.

**SHIFTS**

**Full Time hours from**

**Tuesday to Friday 12 - 8**

**Saturday 9 - 6**

As a shift supervisor you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional leadership to our staff and looking after our valued customers, along with assisting the Retail Manager in store operations.

We are looking for a leader with initiative, who is committed to delivering a high level of customer service and has a passion for healthcare and building rapport with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Opening and closing the store.
- Practise top tier customer service for our customers and as a leader
- Assisting with customer enquiries, making decisions and providing excellent customer service
- Stocking, merchandising and maintaining the store presentation and Priceline Pharmacy standards
- Assisting with inventory management
- Providing general advice on skincare, beauty and healthcare products
- Handling cash and processing sales
- Participating in promotional activities and marketing events

Requirements:
- Interest in beauty and skincare categories
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Experience in retail or customer service and leading a team preferred
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

**S2/S3 certificate**:

- desirable or to be completed in the first 4 weeks of employment.

**Flexibility to work extra shifts when needed is highly desirable**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.34 - $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
