The Sydney Roads Asset Performance Contract is a venture which will undertake the delivery of maintenance excellence to improve the lives of customers and communities, making Greater Sydney and other NSW Regional areas a better place to live, work and play.

**About the Role**

The Environmental Graduate will support the contract in managing environmental risk through partnership with the delivery and maintenance teams.

Based in Arndell Park (with flexible working options), this role will assist project and maintenance teams and contractors in development of environmental site documentation and training in environmental requirements and awareness.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Work with delivery and maintenance teams to ensure environmental controls are planned and implemented on site
- Identification and communication of environmental risks in early planning stage of project delivery
- Development and review of environmental assessments and relevant environmental permits
- Review of construction environmental management plans (CEMPs) for project
- Work with the community engagement team to inform communications and notifications
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client counterparts within TfNSW and external regulatory bodies

**About you**
- With Environmental Tertiary qualification
- Proficient in the use of MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
- Prior experience in using GIS (Geographic Information System) an advantage
- Available to do a once-a-month night inspection of different sites
