**About the Role**:
As a Tech Retail Assistant at WHSmith you will demonstrate superstardom and serve customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner, whilst managing cash and regular transactions using our POS system. You will also:

- Demonstrate your fair for technology through recommendations for our customers
- Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures
- Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation

**What We're Looking For**:
We are looking for a highly motivated individuals, particularly with the following attributes:

- Experience in a retail environment
- Experience or a passion for technology and audio sales
- Have a passion and flair for conversation and are confident to engage with our customers
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Great personal presentation
- Full time availability between 9am and 5pm (Tuesday through to Saturday)
