**THE COMPANY**:
Local plumbing business located in a home office at Gymea.

**THE POSITION**:
You will be experienced in managing a small business whilst the owner is out on the tools.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Payroll for small team and sub-contractors
- Superannuation payments
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Liaise with external Accountant
- Purchase orders
- Reconcile supplier invoices
- Phone enquiries and quotes
- Set up processes and procedures
- General admin duties

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- XERO experience, essential
- AroFlo experience, highly regarded
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of legislation
- Strong verbal & written communication skills

**WORK TYPE**: Perm Part Time

**SALARY**: $35-40/Hour (Depending on experience)

**HOURS**: 20 Hours per week - Flexible working arrangement, school hours available
