What is the role?

Due to incredible results & growth in our Melbourne venues, we are not only opening more venues but renovating our existing ones This means we need more managers to come and help lead our teams. Our key purpose is to ensure our guests have amazing experiences.

- A hands on & effective leader with experience in managing within a multi-faceted hospitality or entertainment venue
- A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
- Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
- A speedy learner with a good understanding of the financial management of a business

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

- Epping, VIC 3077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
