**Position: Machine Operator**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Machine Operation**: Safely and skillfully operate various machines, such as CNC machines, mills, lathes, and other specialized equipment.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and inspect output to maintain high standards of product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve minor technical issues that may arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- **Process Improvement**: Contribute actively to process improvement initiatives, suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome motivated individuals with a willingness to learn.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of machine operations and familiarity with manufacturing stone benchtops would be an advantage.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision and accuracy are critical in this role to ensure high-quality production output.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- **Physical Stamina**: This position may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate objects.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keysborough, VIC 3173: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
