**What You Will Be Doing**
The Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant provides continence consultation, assessment, and clinical advice for adults aged 18 years and above. The CNC also provides education and support for families and carers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide specialist continence services and assist in developing continence management strategies for adults and their families/carers.
- Translate the best available research evidence related to adult continence management into nursing practice and ensure Clinical Practice Guidelines and Polices are reflective of best practice evidence.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:

- Current registration as Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated recent experience working in the continence specialty area.
- Sound knowledge and skills in assessment and management of adults.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a team.
- A commitment to the ongoing development of adult Continence as a specialty area.
