Our client is seeking a self-motivated and passionate Clinical Care Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations of a small 30-bed Aged Care facility located in Rosebud, in Melbourne's Southern Suburbs.

Work alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your clinical knowledge and expertise as a Clinical Care Manager of a small, intimate Aged Care residence.

**Your duties will include?**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 30-bed Aged Care facility in Rosebud
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
