Entry Level Case Manager

Our team is growing and we have some exciting opportunities in Case Management and Claims Administration on offer to join our Workers Compensation team.

This role may interest you if you are studying and/or qualified in Insurance, Administration, Business, Allied Heath, Psychology, Law, Social Work (or similar disciplines). Alternatively, if you are looking to re-enter the workforce this too may be good opportunity.

You don’t have to have insurance, claims or corporate work experience, but a passion for learning, dedication to service and a motivated disposition.

**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Taking ownership of your portfolio of Medical Expenses Only Claims for injured workers
- Dealing with injured workers directly with relation to their claim, as well as with providers and employers to monitor effective medical treatment programs for injured workers
- Utilising Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes and contacts
- Completing tasks such as completing standard letters, maintaining spread sheets, photocopying and filing documents

- Time management and organisational skills
- Great communications skills
- PC literacy and Microsoft Office experience
- Completed or currently studying a tertiary qualification in the fields of Allied Health, Nursing, Psychology, Law, Business
