Graduate Account Manager - Support and Implementations for Mobiledock Deployments

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy graduate to join our team as an Account Manager, focusing on support and implementations for Mobiledock deployments.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge loading dock management and scheduling technology while developing valuable skills in customer relationship management and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

**Customer Support and Account Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Implementation and Deployment**
- Assist in the planning and execution of Mobiledock deployments for new clients.
- Configure the Mobiledock system according to client requirements and site constraints.
- Provide training and onboarding support to clients and their supply chain partners.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration with clients' existing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Must have at least 3 years of experience in logistics.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client visits and implementations.

Location: South Melbourne Office. Hybrid working.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
