**Customer Service Assitant (Optical)**

Opticare is excited to present an opportunity to join our WA team in a unique and diverse Customer Service role, this position will assist us in our growing the optical lens business in WA

**You will act as an important part of the team to**
- Taking phone RX orders and advising clients with OPTICARE product choices and options
- Data Entry of orders, including tracing of frames for modem fit jobs.
- Picking Stock and sorting jobs
- Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with receiving deliveries, unpacking and allocating stock to orders
- Support Business Development Managers meet company targets
- Daily Account Management, adding value to customers whilst entrenching into OPTICARE systems and processes
- Assisting with dispatch data processes and packing of jobs
- Assisting with preparing courier pick ups
- Assisting with End of Month and Company Reports
- Other various duties as required.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:
A “can do” team player attitude

**Minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer service or admin role (wholesale company)**

**Experience in the Optical Industry is an advantage.**
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the customer.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Salary will be negotiated based on your qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auburn, NSW 2144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Optical: 1 year (preferred)
- Wholesale: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
