About Us:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and interpret parts for heavy vehicles and plant equipment
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, providing expert advice and support
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control in the parts department
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, and dispatching of parts
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication
- Opportunity for apprentices to learn and grow under experienced mentorship

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or Storeperson, preferably in heavy vehicles/plant equipment (preferred but not essential for apprentices)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Mechanical or automotive knowledge is an advantage
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)

Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
