Digital Media Specialist

Location: Banksmeadow, AUWe, Arla - a global dairy cooperative with over 19,000 employees and nearly 12,000 farmers - stand for a community with strong Scandinavian values and roots in our local markets, are now looking to open up our inhouse digital media agency in Australia.

**About the job**

Based at our office in Sydney, you will become a member of Arla’s in-house agency - The Barn and would directly report to our Global Head of Digital Media. We are a team of 30 global colleagues dedicated to digital strategy and digital media executions across our key markets. On top of the global team you will work directly with the local marketing organisation including the local Head Of Marketing.

As a part of our team, you will help insource our media activities in Australia and build the local function with your global colleagues. You will own digital media strategy & planning and provide hands-on execution of digital campaigns.

Specifically, you will:

- Liaise with local brand managers on media digital objectives and strategy
- Set up Social media and Programmatic campaigns on a variety of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, SnapChat and Youtube (plus others)
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend inflight tactical changes to maximise performance across social and programmatic channels
- Assist with data and KPI analysis using our global ad-tech ecosystem and Analytics 360
- Work with trafficking, ad serving and finance departments as part of the digital media management process
- Aligning with our global teams and getting inspiration from colleagues across the different markets
- Understand our audiences and reach relevant audiences to develop optimal consumer journeys
- Test new digital media channels, research and evaluate future technology for Arla
- Work with retailer platform

**Who are you?**

You have strong analytical skills and are good with stakeholder management, making it easy for you to translate technical campaign data for a wide range of audiences. It is also vital that you are tenacious, with a drive to get things done. Furthermore, you:

- Have experience with digital ad ops - specifically with executing on digital campaigns - from a similar position, a student job or an internship
- Possess knowledge of digital ad ecosystems (Analytics, Ad Server, DSPs, etc.) as well as TikTok, Instagram, DSPs and programmatic media buying
- Global team player with the ability to work on own initiative
