**What You'll Do**:
✨ **Lead with Compassion**: Inspire and manage a team of support workers, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

✨ **Ensure Excellence**: Oversee daily operations of support services, collaborating with participants' care teams and allied health professionals to deliver top-notch care tailored to individual needs.

✨ **Empower Through Knowledge**: Regularly review and enhance participant documentation, ensuring that care plans are not only met but exceeded.

✨ **Shape Future Talent**: Welcome and induct new support staff, setting them up for success in their vital roles.

✨ **Support and Supervise**: Conduct supervision sessions to guide and develop support staff, addressing any team conflicts or performance challenges with empathy and professionalism.

✨ **Stay Engaged**: Participate actively in staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions to foster team cohesion and continuous improvement.

✨ **Prioritize Safety**: Identify, report, and follow up on workplace health and safety matters, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.

✨ **Manage with Precision**: Oversee incident management and reporting, maintaining high standards of accountability.

✨ **Administrative Excellence**: Handle general administrative duties with efficiency and attention to detail.

In addition to the above, you will also have the ability to assist people with:

- Providing general social support and spending quality time with clients
- Helping around the home (light domestic duties)
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Providing behavioural and mental health support
- Transporting clients to appointments and running errands

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in casework services within the health or welfare sector.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in human services, welfare, or social services roles.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and its operational requirements for funded programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse and engaged workforce focused on achieving positive client outcomes.
- Experience in staff supervision and leadership, with skills to manage challenging clients and complex situations.
- Background in program management and community development.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $53.00 per hour
