**Job description**

Wymap People are currently seeking Airline Customer Service staff to support major Airlines at Coolangatta Airport on a long-term ongoing basis.

**About the role**:

- Supporting day to day activity for domestic flights.
- Working within a fast faced environment.
- Entering data into required systems to support live reporting.
- Uphold client confidentiality.

**About you**:

- Basic numeric and literacy skills
- Previous data entry experience
- Ability to report information in a timely manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible to work either AM or PM shifts
- Weekend work
- Possible rotating shifts

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.33 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coolangatta QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
