**About the role**

As an Educational Leader, you will play an influential role in promoting positive outcomes for children and families and ensuring that children’s learning and development is guided by the learning outcomes of approved learning frameworks. You will embody the Harmony vision, mission and values, and will crucially support the Nominated Supervisor to implement a holistic approach to the care and development of children, encouraging investigation, creativity and exploration of their environment.

Harmony Everton Park is a 112 place centre located close to the train station with ample parking. The service achieved an **Exceeding** result in the recent Assessment and Rating visit. The Harmony Educational Leader role is non-contact.

An ACECQA approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Blue Card/WWCC

High level knowledge of the _National Quality Framework_ and the _Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines_

Excellent written and communication skills,

Recent experience in leading a team of educators
