Our Green Leaves Cannon Hill service has a well-established sense of belonging, where children engaged in community expeditions throughout the year. Our newly appointed Educational Leader will have a wonderful opportunity to work alongside our dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to further support children to develop a strong sense of citizenship. Your contribution into the community connection curriculum will be highly valued and supported.

**Day to day, you will**:

- Have a vision and a plan for educational excellence
- Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your exceptional understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Use a collaborative approach with educators to provide curriculum direction and guidance
- Understand the importance of building community
- Empower educators and cultivate stronger leadership skills
- Create collaborative, inclusive learning environments.

**You will hold**:

- Current ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
