You may know us for our famous Coffees and flavourful Slurpees, but we are stepping it up a notch in satisfying our customers taste buds, establishing ourselves to be the new food destination in the convenience market offering ‘Johnny’s Deli’, our new range of Hot Deli Sandwiches.

Your role

Bringing in with you your passion for food and customer service, this is a great opportunity to be part of delivering a new experience for our customers in our Werribee store. Whether you are an aspiring leader or have previous team leading experience, we are a trusted and innovative company that can assist in developing you further in your career.

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:

- Delight your customers with service and store standards
- Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
- Lead a food first culture within the team
- Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
- Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance
