**About the role**:
As an Assistant Site Manager of our **West Melbourne **site, you will be responsible for working alongside the Site Manager to maximize sales opportunities, and overseeing and managing all aspects of the day to day running of the site.

To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about delivering superior customer service and, and motivated by achieving sales targets and KPIs.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- WOW our customers through delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets.
- Have enthusiasm and take pride in housekeeping standards and site presentation.
- Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
- Coach, train, develop and provide support to sales team.
- Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous leadership experience preferably in retail sale, estate agent like environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to take direction, have initiative & a strong work ethic.
- Customer centric and naturally lead by example embracing our values and standards in our brand.
- Current driver license and own car (preferred).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
