We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Administrator to join our fast-paced HSEQ team. Reporting to the IMS Manager, you will be providing ongoing administrative support to ensure Wurth Australia retains its relevant HSEQ certifications.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing general administrative duties to our Health Safety Environment and Quality department where required
- Assisting with the annual process of internal and external audits as required
- Assisting with the organisation of health and safety related campaigns
- Assisting with the management of the WHS and document control
- Supporting the implementation of WHS training program
- Assisting in maintaining the risk management system and database
- Maintaining HSEQ records and relevant documentation
- Supporting the completion of monthly reports
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required

**To be considered, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience within a HSEQ environment would be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, code of practice and International Standards including (ISO 9001, ISO, and ISO 45001) would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment
