**Exciting Opportunity**:
We are searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to **lead and join our dynamic sterilisation team**. In this role, you will:

- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of the CSSD activities.
- **Ensure compliance with minimum requirements** for equipment care, handling and re-processing.
- Uphold competency standards for yourself and other technicians in all sterilisation processes.
- Adhere to sterilisation standards and relevant legislation affecting practice.
- Collaborate with Theatre & CSSD staff to ensure timely equipment processing.

**Your qualifications and attributes**:You will be **proactive and engaging communicator with a keen interest in guiding and empowering their team**. Additionally, you should possess the following:

- Certificate III in Sterilisation
- **Desirable**: Certificate IV or actively working towards it.
- Minimum of **3 years’ experience in theatre sterilisation**:

- **Thorough understanding of standards and AS4187 requirements**:

- **Highly valued**: Experience in coordinating loan sets
- **Preferred**: previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Proficient understanding of CSSD processes and tasks
- Ability to deliver high-quality service through effective team leadership.

**Remuneration**:Will be based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
