**Join Housekept as a Team Leader where you can combine your cleaning expertise with leadership responsibilities.** In this hands-on role, you'll not only perform cleaning duties but also lead and train a team of 5-7 cleaners to ensure our high standards are consistently met. If you have a passion for cleaning and the skills to guide and support a team, we'd love to have you grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead by Example**: Perform cleaning tasks across various settings, including Airbnbs, support homes, residential properties, and offices.
- **Train New Staff**: Teach team members the unique needs of each cleaning type, from presentation styles for Airbnbs to the flexibility required for NDIS support homes.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular checks to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- **Client Communication**: Interact with clients regularly, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- **Team Leadership**: Foster a positive, loyal, and committed team environment.
- **Travel**: Visit various job sites within the Shoalhaven region and occasionally the lower Illawarra for both cleaning and quality control purposes.

**Ideal qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Significant cleaning experience is required. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly valued.
- **Skills**: Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication, and leadership abilities.
- **Attitude**: A committed and loyal approach to work.
- **Reliability**: Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- **Transportation**: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Working Hours**:

- Approximately **25-35 hours per week**.
- Mostly **Monday to Friday**, with some weekends needed, especially during the high season.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 3 years (preferred)
