As our Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading our service team, ensuring the highest quality of automotive maintenance and repair services for our valued customers.

**The role**:

- Supervise, manage and lead the service team, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality service, and efficient operations with a “First Time Fix” service culture.
- Providing technical expertise to diagnose complex issues, provide technical guidance to technicians, and ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
- Ensure positive Customer interactions, address their concerns, and provide expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all repairs and services meet Subaru's specifications and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of your service technician team, keeping up-to-date with the latest Subaru technologies and service techniques.

**You will have**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician in a Service centre.
- Demonstrated Leadership Skills, mentoring, and team management.
- Technical Proficiency and indepth knowledge, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Demonostrated problem-solving skills to address complex automotive issues effectively.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
