Mascot, NSW, AU, 2020**About the Project - Upper South Creek**:
New greenfield Advanced Water Recycling Centre and associated infrastructure which will provide wastewater services and recycled water for the Aerotropolis, Western Sydney Airport and Southwest Growth Areas.

The project will include the Design, Construction and 10yr Operation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant and an Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant, which will produce:

- High-quality treated water suitable for recycling & environmental flows to an ultimate capacity of 70ML/d
- Biosolids suitable for beneficial reuse
- A new 25km pipeline from the AWRC to Sydney Water’s existing wastewater system to discharge brine.
- A new 16km pipeline from the AWRC to the Nepean River, to release excess treated water.

This project will be one of the most technologically advanced wastewater treatment plants in the Southern Hemisphere.

**About the Position**:
We're currently looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our Upper South Creek project team, based in Kemps Creek. Reporting into the People Lead, you'll be accountable for providing HR generalist support across the project which includes, performance management, onboarding, training & development, remuneration, cultural diversity and other HR matters.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide HR advice across the Upper South Creek project and build strong working relationships across our wider Business.
- Work closely with the procurement team in engaging indigenous and local business for subcontracted works to achieve ISC and SW targets
- Manage the training targets set by the govt, SW & ISC
- Look after engagement with the local schools
- Assist with setting up awareness training such as disability, mental health, cultural and domestic violence
- Develop and implement D&I program (including mentor, retain and develop defined diversity groups)
- Pre-employment programs
- Monthly reporting

**To be successful**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role on a project within the Construction and Engineering industry or equivalent.
- The ability to work independently and a highly supportive environment
