**Role**
This is a senior level role to lead and manage all GRC elements and activities, include risk assessments for projects and BAU, and regulatory compliance for the company as they scale internationally. Key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying, owning, driving and delivering all GRC risk items for all international teams to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Designing/delivering control attestation processes, and preparing, reviewing, rectifying and implementing actions to supplement controls
- Reporting on risk to key stakeholders and executives, and embedding and facilitating risk discussions in key meetings
- Compiling RAS Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to the GRC team for monitoring
- Reviewing the company's risk profile and updating risks/causes/controls/actions as appropriate within the GRC System
- Managing and driving the business continuity management framework
- Supporting the management and responses to any incidents that may arise as per incident management processes
- Owning and driving project/initiative/BAU risk assessments using various risk management frameworks
- Facilitating regulatory and internal audits as required

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience at a senior level in Risk management and delivery, and GRC, ideally in a tier 1 consulting environment
- Expertise in utilising risk management, compliance and internal audit frameworks, including exposure to multi jurisdiction / UK risk and GDPR environments
- Ability to deliver multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously and autonomously with a high level of ownership, sense of urgency and pragmatism.
- Proven track record working across business support functions in a fast paced, international, regulated environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities, with experience managing executive level stakeholders
- Proficiency in the use of GRC systems
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce or similar, with relevant post-graduate qualifications and/or industry accreditation/certification
