**About the role**
Located at our Head Office in Concord, as a Personal Assistant you will predominantly be responsible for the provision of high level support including confidential and effective executive assistance, and administration support to the company Directors.
**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**
- Coordinating travel arrangements (booking flights, accommodation and hire cars).
- Screening phone calls for the Directors.
- Any personal administrative duties required of you e.g. mail, responding to general queries, making bookings, organising lunches/refreshments.
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence on the Director’s behalf.
- Assist Accounts teams with account and data management.
- Professionally manage various administrative duties and the day-to-day business activities of the Directors.
- Manage leasing, renovation, relocation, insurance, facilities management, vendor management, service contracts, etc.
- Plan meetings and events for the directors and ensures:
- Rooms/venues, catering and equipment are ready prior to the meetings/events
- Coordinate responses of invited attendees and logistics
- Preparation and distribution of meeting agenda and related documents
- Minute taking
- Any Other Adhoc duties as requested by the Directors.
**Skills & Qualifications Required**
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role.
- Demonstrable, advanced secretarial and administrative skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and to make sound, independent decisions as necessary.
- Demonstrable, advanced written and verbal communication skills; good interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Demonstrable ability to work as a team member and actively promote office harmony.
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Flexible approach to working hours and after-hours commitments.
- Confident in building and maintaining productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a geographically dispersed organisation.

**Salary**: $52,138.98 - $94,793.35 per year
