We're looking for someone we can train up to a management position within the next 12–18 months—someone driven, coachable, and ready to grow a long-term career with Vision Personal Training Concord.

Job Details:

• Approx. 30–35+ hours/week.
• Experience not essential—may fast-track onboarding if you have it.
• Extensive ongoing mentoring and training to help you succeed.

As a Trainer with Vision Concord, you'll:

• Run One-on-One Personal Training and Group Training Sessions
• Develop your coaching and sales skills
• Conduct Goal Setting and Nutrition Sessions
• Present Seminars and Shopping Tours
• Deliver Group Training Sessions

You'll need to have or be working towards:

• Certificate III & IV in Personal Training (or equivalent)
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR certification
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWC)
