We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take the lead on a variety of commercial and contract related tasks as well as other project tasks.

This role is based at Williamtown however flexible working including hybrid home / office arrangement are supported.
**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Implement a contract management framework
- Reviewing and providing input into contracts and commercial documents
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as needed
- Develop and implement procurement frameworks
- Mentor junior staff
- Support contract negotiations
- Provide advice and assistance related to commercial matters
**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience within the Defence industry
- Experience in a Commercial role
- Legal qualifications (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance and be able to upgrade if required
