**About the Opportunity**

We are actively seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager who is hardworking, good at change management and is keen to accept a new challenge.

Join our team working Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time basis at our modern 136 Bed Residential Aged Care Home, The Ormsby located in Buderim.

Reporting to our General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring consistently a high quality of care is provided to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.

As the Clinical Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, change management, AN-ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all resident
- Knowledge of the aged care sector, standards
- Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.
- Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans
- Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents
- Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.
- Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWs

**About You**
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Experience within Aged Care Sector as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
- Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your site
- Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current flu and COVID Vaccinations
