Accounts Receivable Clerk

LGC Traffic Management is looking for an additional team member to join our family-owned business located in Bellevue. We are a leader within the Traffic Management space in Western Australia with our head office located in Bellevue. We’re experiencing growth and have big plans for the future.

**The Role**

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivables Officer to join our Finance Team.

**Duties**
- Reconciliation and creation of invoices/statements
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices
- Organisation of accounts for payment run
- Attending to internal/external accounts inquiries
- Involvement in the end of month processes
- Assisting the Manager with debt collection
- Carrying out additional administrative tasks as and when required

**Essential Requirements**
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proven ability to work well both autonomously and within a team
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in data entry and account management
- Experience in Accounts Receivable / Debt Collection
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize own work, and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills
- Experience with ERP systems preferred

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
