**Position Overview**:
The E-Waste Factory Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations of our Perth facility. They ensure that the facility operates efficiently, adheres to environmental regulations, and meets production targets. The Team Leader manages a team of workers and coordinates activities to maximize productivity, maintain safety standards, and achieve business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize daily work shifts and assign tasks to team members, including forklift drivers, sorting personnel, and dismantling teams.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and support to team members to optimize productivity and maintain high efficiency.
- Ensure the quality of work by regularly inspecting sorting cages and verifying component purity to meet required standards.
- Manage inventory levels of e-waste materials and recycled products. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply, and track inventory movements accurately.
- Identify training needs and provide appropriate training and development opportunities to the team. Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Operate forklifts to transport loaded pallets, skids, boxes, or materials to designated areas, ensuring safe handling and stacking of materials.

**Qualification**:

- Experience in a warehouse environment within a similar industry
- Experience in operating forklifts, hand tools, and equipment used in warehouse settings.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices related to warehouse operations, particularly in handling hazardous materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer for documentation, reporting, and inventory management.

Pay: $30.37 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Team Leader: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
