**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **IT Support and Maintenance**:

- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including servers, workstations, printers, and POS systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues for both on-site and remote staff.
- **System Administration**:

- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment for new users.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory.
- **Data Management**:

- Assist in managing company databases and ensuring proper backups are in place.
- Support data analytics and reporting tasks to meet operational and strategic needs.
- **IT Projects**:

- Collaborate on IT projects, including system upgrades, software rollouts, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Test and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- **General Support and Multitasking**:

- Provide assistance with non-IT tasks, such as administrative support, event preparation, or inventory management, when required.
- Adapt to various business needs by taking on ad hoc projects and responsibilities.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Assist in training staff on the use of IT systems and tools.
- Document IT processes, create user guides, and update IT manuals as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking, and common business software.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and POS systems (e.g., Kounta).
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users.
- A proactive approach to learning new skills and adapting to changing business needs.
- **Must have the legal right to work in Australia.**

**Work Environment**
- On-site work with occasional off-site support as needed.
- Flexibility to handle after-hours IT emergencies when required.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
