**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service, from initial contact to project completion
- Work with the crew to complete high-quality lawn and garden projects
- Perform lawn and garden maintenance services including mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, edging, clean-up
- Perform landscaping operations including site preparation, levelling, landscape construction
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality of work

**About You**:

- 2+ years' experience in gardening, landscaping or outdoor construction
- Ability to communicate with clients to understand their needs
- Hands-on experience working in part of a small crew
- Open driver’s license
- Exposure to estimating or quoting is a bonus (but not essential)
