Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Casual

Pay Rate: $30 – $45/hr (Based on experience & qualifications) + Bonuses

Your Role:

• Assist with softscaping: turf, planting, mulch, gravel, garden bed installs
• Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely
• Support material delivery and job site setup
• Help maintain tidy, high-standard sites
• Work alongside our Team Leader to meet project timelines
• Deliver great customer service with a positive, friendly attitude

What We're Looking For:

• Hardworking, motivated, and reliable
• High attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• Works well under pressure and independently
• Team player who takes pride in presentation
• Punctual, honest, and flexible
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors

Preferred (but not all essential):

• Driver's license
• White Card (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (bonus, not required)
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
