Due to growth in the business, we are looking for a Fire Services Work Coordinator and Administrator to join our team.

In this position you will help our on-going delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Prior experience working in a service coordination role and administration role is essential, with industry experience in the fire system industry highly beneficial.

You will be required to complete all tasks involved in running a team of 3-4 service technicians and a small number of sub contractors.

SKILLS
- Motivated self-starter, who can work alone and will take responsibility for prioritising their daily workload to meet goals and deadlines.
- Is confident with technology and can work with Uptick as well as MS Onedrive, Teams and Gmail/Outlook.
- Is continually improving and implementing processes to increase efficiencies.
- Has an amazing talent for planning and organising within tight deadlines.
- Possesses a positive, proactive customer service ethic.

EXPERIENCE
- 2 years experience in a Service/Work Coordinator role.
- 2 years experience in Service Administrator role.
- Experience within the Fire industry is a bonus.
- Experience managing small teams.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Coordinating field technicians and subcontractors.
- Service call workflows and allocation.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors.
- Liaising with operational personnel regarding resource requirements.
- Processing of customer invoices and reports.
- Creating quotations for customers from first contact for services and field service reports.
- Performing administration tasks within the companies service sofware Uptick.
- General administration support.
- Team management - feedback, training, reviews, KPIs.
- Equipment types: Fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, fire hydrants, exit lighting, fire pumps, fire doors, fire detection systems, smoke alarms.

ABOUT US

We are a small-sized fire maintenance services organisation that is growing rapidly. We provide fire services in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This role will be based out of our Burleigh Heads Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Profit sharing

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field service coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales administration: 2 years (preferred)
