We have an opportunity for a BSP to join our multidisciplinary disability services team in Sydney.

Working with our established teams based out of our headquarters in **Glebe 2037**, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating behaviour support services to children, young people and adults with an intellectual disability to achieve their everyday goals.

Full-time and part-time can be considered and relocation assistance will be provided if you need it.

We also have opportunities for **Senior Practitioners**, and for **entry level BSPs** to come on as Allied Health Assistants to get the work experience and the support to get their Practitioner registrations.

**_ About You_**

You are passionate about supporting people with a disability and bring your skills to achieve their goals.

With a client focus you can;
- Use an evidence-based approach to implement appropriate behavioural support services that meet the needs of the client in line with their goals.
- Prepare Behaviour Support Plans for your clients and monitor progress against their goals and objectives
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including family member and carers.

With a client focused approach and understanding of the NDIS environment you will have;
- Relevant qualifications in the areas of Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Nursing, Social or Health Sciences, Developmental Education or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make connections with a range of stakeholders
- A current Australian Drivers’ Licence with willingness to travel in the community (cars provided)
