- 256097Our Federal Government Client, is seeking a dedicated and versatile Corporate and Digital Support Officer. This is a long-term contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and a possible extension term of 12 months. The position is based in the ACT and offers a roster system for working arrangements, including onsite support.
As the Corporate and Digital Support Officer, your role will involve providing level one corporate and technical support to departmental staff and external clients. You will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Operating the main switchboard, providing advice, and directing calls to other areas within the department.
- Offering level one ICT service desk support for all department staff, including Portfolio Agencies.
- Providing level one corporate triage services for all department staff, including Shared Service Client Agencies.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Genuine interest in being a multifunctional team member in both corporate and digital capacities, particularly in a call center/service desk environment.
- Troubleshooting experience using ServiceNow is desirable.
- Experience or the ability to learn support tools such as Ticketing ServiceNow and other remote support software.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate technical issues with clients to find resolutions.
- Creative problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and follow through on tasks.
- Drive to actively increase skills, knowledge, and capability.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Strong skills in dealing with people, with a positive and friendly attitude towards helping others with technology and corporate requests.
