Work with a leading sports and performance brand known for innovative products and dedication to enhancing athletes' performance (and looking good while at it) We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to lead an established team and bring the brand to life in the Australian capital.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of 10 sales associates alongside the Store Manager. Develop them to reach their full potential
- Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organised, driving sales through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
- Assist in overseeing inventory management and stock control, and implement loss prevention measures to protect store assets

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for sports and an understanding of our brand.
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Organised, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
